IELTS Essay: Professionals Moving Abroad to Work

Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.

Discuss both opinions and give your opinion.

Some people opine that experts such as doctors and engineers, must be limited to work in the country where they did their training. On the other hand, others think that they should be free to work in another country if they wish. However, I strongly believe that professionals should be free to work abroad.

First, in my opinion, they cannot make a restriction on working conditions, it is not fair and it is against human rights. Because governments may not support doctors and engineers, if governments do not wish to. In this type of situation, people do not have many opportunities, and they may want to work in another country.

On the other hand, maybe there is an economic crisis, and they can be affected by inflation. For instance in my country majority of engineers and doctors travel to other countries to work and also live because of inflation, unemployment and the hardship of earning good salaries. Another reason is bad working conditions. The value which has given to humans is less than another countries. Some people think the burden of high responsibilities causes stress in our country. People are bored with these types of issues.

As a result, I believe that important people such as engineers and doctors should be free to work and live in another country if they wish because of economic problems, awful working conditions, low salaries, much stress and unemployment.
