Letter to Landlord

by Shailja

Write a letter to your landlord about an increase in rent that you don't think is justified. In your letter say:

- Why are you writing
- What are the problems
- What you want the landlord do

Dear sir,

I hope my email finds you well in health.

Please note that I am writing this letter just to bring to your notice that as rent has been increased by you, this is not a relevant thing to keeping the same amount.

Please take back your decision for rent. It is not proper in the following circumstances.

I feel increasing the amount of rent is extraneous to the main water problem that is facing currently. If the amount would have increased then my monthly budget. I will shift somewhere as if you will not take your decision back. I can't afford this much of a burden per month. I will start looking for other options now.

I request you to keep the amount the same as a layer as your decision is not correct, hoping for your positive revert.

with regards
XYZ
