Can we forward to the next questions if we want to see them in IELTS listening? Even if they belong to a different audio recording

If you look at the practice tests on IDP website, for example, you are able to click through to later sections, so yes it looks as if you can. I think you can do this because in the real test you are able to look at the whole booklet.
